Sea Green Capital Corp. - TSX.V

As the President and CEO of Sea Green Capital, Brian is responsible for executing company's growth strategy, general management and operations.

Brian is responsible for overall management and strategy, including, but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint venture structures, and the raising of long-term capital. Brian brings with him over 25 years of experience from various executive positions that he has held throughout the years.

Brian has been President of Murcon Ltd., an investment banking firm, since 1990 and has been President of Nebu Resources since 2007. Brian was the President of International Larder Minerals Inc. from 1991 to 2000; Director and Past Chairman of Process Capital Corp. since 1997; Director of Alarmforce Industries Inc. (1995-2003); Director Pure Diamonds Exploration Inc. (1992- present) and Director Black Pearl Minerals Inc. (1990-1998). Brian holds an MBA and is also a Chartered Accountant.

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, John oversees the financial planning, analysis, accounting and controllership for Sea Green, along with the reporting and legal activities for the company.

John brings over 20 years of financial market, sales and marketing and general business management experience and expertise to Sea Green. In addition, John oversees all Investor Relations activities at Seagreen.

Prior to his involvement with Sea Green, John has held various executive financial positions, including CFO and COO of Industrial Temporary Solutions Inc. and currently is the CFO and Secretary of Nebu Resources Inc. Working with Blind Pharaoh Consulting, John worked directly with small and mid size businesses, developing and improving financial controls and reporting, in addition to adding sales and marketing expertise. From 1986 through 2003, John held various Vice President positions in the Financial Services Sector, working in both the institutional and retail divisions of major Canadian and US Investment Banks.
