(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SGS) is pleased to announce the Company has completed a non-brokered private placement of 3,875,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.02 per share, for total proceeds of $77,500. The shares are subject to restrictions on transfer for a period of four months from closing.
