Sea Green Capital Corp. is a junior Canadian exploration company which is listed and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “SGS”. .

The Company’s plan is to acquire mineral exploration properties in Canada, which have the potential to host significant gold deposits, and secondarily, base metal deposits.

In addition, the Company plans to pursue joint venture opportunities in mining situations where production and positive cash flow can be achieved quickly. This will reduce the Company’s need to return to the capital markets for financing and increase the stability of the Company.
