Ontario Mining Property

Godfrey and Jessop Townships, Ontario

Sea Green has a 20% interest in 9 claim blocks covering 1,328 hectares in Godfrey and
Jessop townships, west of Timmins. The company can earn an additional 10% for every
$ 100,000 of exploration expenditures on this property, to a maximum of 50%. Sea Green
now increased it’s interest in these claims to 40% by spending over $200,000 on exploration
on the property.

These claims are underlain by rocks similar in age and composition to those that host the
giant Kidd Creek copper-zinc-silver-gold deposit, which is situated about 18 kilometres to
the north. Future exploration will focus on several untested base metal drill targets.

Ogden Township

Located south west of Timmins, Sea Green owns a 50% interest in 4 mining claims
comprising 11 units in Ogden Township.

In addition, the company has staked one additional claim which hosts the McEnaney Mine
shaft. The ownership of this claim is subject to a claim dispute which is still outstanding.

The company has completed a10 hold drill program, of which the first 4 holes reported anomalous gold values. The assays for the remaining 6 holes have been deferred pending
the resolution of the aforementioned claim dispute.
